Community Care Vic is made up of a wonderful bunch of people who dedicate their lives to supporting Aussies living with disabilities. We provide core supports, respite & accommodation and support coordination in Metro Melbourne.
We are small
We love helping people in the disability field and therefore we only take on as many clients as we can manage. We know the quality of our service and the time it takes to deliver it.
Our amazing and experienced team of Support Workers and Support Coordinators provide all the care and expertise you need to live your best life. Our team brings with them a depth of understanding across the disability sector.
